About Me.

Picture
After I acquired my Ph.D. degree, I joined the lab of Dr. David Artis at Weill Cornell Medicine. My projects aims on how cytokines and receptors regulate the crosstalk between innate lymphoid cells and other immune cell types especially focused on inflammatory disease in lung and small intestine. My studies are focused on immunometabolism with an emphasize on how glucose, amino acid, and fatty acid metabolism affect different immune cell types involved the type 2 immune response on mucosal inflammatory disease.

@ Cloning: construction of protein expression vectors and retroviral vectors; modification bacteria artificial chromosome for making transgenic mice
